Joshua King is a biologist and bladesmith living with his husband and dogs in southeastern Michigan. An avid reader and unabashed nerd, he grew up the colorblind, gay, youngest child in a military household. He wanted to be an author for many of his formative years and was lauded for his writing throughout his education, but was eventually dissuaded in favor of more “realistic” pursuits, like becoming a doctor. Turns out, though, he kind of hated that. Now, he spends most of his time making sharp things and creating tabletop RPG worlds for his friends, like a responsible adult. However, selfishly, he has always wanted his worlds to reach more people and, if he can get paid for it, all the better!
