As a wildlife biologist, Amy Fontaine has observed the behavior of many strange creatures, including fishers, wolves, honey bees, and other wildlife biologists. Such creatures figure prominently in her fiction and poetry, along with shapeshifters, unicorns, dragons, and that weird beast from your dream last night.
Amy’s writings have appeared in various publications in northern California, where she graduated from Humboldt State University in May 2015. Amy is a peacemaker, an idealist, and a dreamer. She enjoys seeing the world, not only as it is, but as it could be.
